We had a tech come out to evaluate our a/c unit. When we called the office, the representative, Colton was so helpful, knowledgeable, listened & suggested a tech appt. Chris, the tech was another great representative of the company. Explained his findings, his recommendations. Great service from both excellent employees. Repair person Stephen was fabulous!! Courteous, helpful. Prompt and quick! I just disagreed that. Should pay service call fee when I had just paid for and received my spring maintenance. I called Monday to speak to Caleb. He reviewed the history and circumstances and credited the service fee. All I. All a very good exp.

I called late Saturday afternoon about my AC not cooling off the house. They were able to get someone out here on Monday! Chris P was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem in a way that even I could understand! Very friendly!
