We had a bad bug scare. Luke called us back, and helped us with our situation. He came to our place within a week and did an awesome job. We highly recommend them to everyone. If needed they will be our first call for help again.

Quick response time....but failed to inform us totes had fell over and glass was shattered everywhere... as a family with 3 small children it would have been thoughtful to tell us....when we were still on site but outside...

I Highly recommend complete Ground Control!! We had a bat siting and texted Luke, he showed up within an hour and bat proofed the house…. on a Sunday!! He went way above and beyond to take care of the problem faster than I would have hoped and was so kind and helpful.
