On Monday night, there was a heavy, heavy rainstorm in Delray Beach. That night we noticed a leak in our bedroom. I called Competent RoofIng the next morning. Anthony answered right away and I received an email with information on how to proceed. Anthony came by within a couple hours to check the roof, inside and out. We had a quote later that day (very fair price) and they returned the following morning to make the repairs. While I was not home when the repairs are made, they took photos of the process and texted them to me, and provided a one year warranty on their repair. Everything looks great! You cannot ask for better customer service than that! I highly recommend them.
We recently had our roof replaced by Competent roofing , and our experience was very positive. The team demonstrated reliability and honesty, as they noticed some defective shingles and paused the project until the materials were replaced. They could have continued the application without anyone knowing. -Their Communication was excellent; they promptly addressed all of our questions and concerns. The quality of their work was thorough. I would certainly recommend Competent Roofing, particularly Geoff, the owner, who was our primary point of contact throughout the process.

The Competent Team did a phenomenal job on my roof. The rip of my old roof was done quickly and the crew was great with the clean-up. The inspection was completed and my new roof was done and looking great much quicker than we expected. If you are looking for a professional, quality roof company, choose Competent!
Responded the same day and provided an immediate assessment and estimate. I opted to take their advice after being told the small work would cost quite a bit but may be done by myself (I am handy). I will keep their card in case I mess things up, but appreciate the advice and willingness to work with me.

These folks are more that competent, they are exceptional! Geoffrey and his team are true professionals. They handled my roofing project on time and with no mess at all.
