Very kind and compassionate communications. All I wanted was a simple cremation for a memorial to be held in the future. Compassionate Cremations and Memorials was able to do just that. No hard sell, no "would you like to consider", just we will provide what you need. After my wife passed, the nurse came to our home, made the pronouncement and then Hospice called CCM to come pick up her body. It all happened within two hours. There was no rush, no drama. The gentleman arrived at our house, we spoke for 5 or 10 minutes and then he lifted the body onto the gurney, covered it and left quietly. Everything was done about 10 days later, I picked up a box with ashes and couple copies of the death certificate. None of this is fun. CCM's part in all of this went flawlessly and painlessly. The price was reasonable and the care was excellent. The people that I communicated with were very kind and professional.
