I normally don't write lots of reviews but I gotta say Darlina, the customer service representatives from Compass Dermatopathology is TRULY a rock star ⭐️ I thought she was the manager because she was super friendly, professional and patient in listening to me explaining the billing problem that I had and actively looking for options and solutions to help me to understand and resolve the unexpected/unauthorized bills.
I could not believe she went above and beyond helping me! Thank you Darlina, YOU ROCK!! ⭐️
Receiving multiple calls from Cynthia regarding my claims which should be paid by my insurance. I entertained her a few times, and it consisted of me waiting on the phone in silence with her for over an hour while she attempted to contact my insurance. She still “can’t get in touch” with them and is now threatening to send the bills to collection. I called my insurance, they told me she wasn’t allowed to do that (contact the insured regarding the claims), and hopefully they got her handled. Check to see which lab your dermatologist works with because you don’t want it to be this one!
