If you need a Will (you do), and a Trust (you do), you have found the professional help you need (you do), you have found the person you need, Steven Lundberg at Compass Estate and Tax Planning. My help by Steven started as I laid in the ICU suddenly, with discouraging words from my doctors. Just a very sick person, who may or may not be going home. I quickly learned from my family I needed to formalize my long ignored, departing intentions. Steven worked with all of us, guiding us to todays status. Today, I'm feeling good about the future, healthy again, and taking care of those I will leave behind when my time comes. Since each of us will see that day personally, it may be time to take care of those you may leave behind. If so, Steven is highly recommended.

We located Steven via his great reviews for estate planning, as we needed to update our wills, trust, POAs, etc. The level of detail Steven applies to his work and consideration of every possible contingency is truly admirable. Added focus on creating subtrusts to protect the distributions to our kids, setting up our living trust to avoid unnecessary tax penalties, and properly setting up our beneficiaries in our various asset classes was greatly appreciated. During drafting of the documents, Steven would email videos to supplement our understanding of his recommended approaches - who does that? Bottom line is if you are looking for an outstanding attorney with expertise in estate planning and tax law, I would highly recommend Steven Lundberg and Compass.
