This review deserves a 10 star review. Commercial Insurance Solutions Inc is a company with superior customer service. Rachel Martin assisted me in my new venture for Freight delivery. I had spoken to a total of 14 Agents across the Country and had a hard time with 12 Agents who are accustomed to slinging quotes across the board. These agents didn't assist by offering suggestions whatsoever, they simply sat there allowing me to make requests of what I needed, since I am fairly new to Commercial Insurance they could have helped with suggestions since they are supposed to be knowledgeable. When they heard the term "Gig App" delivery most of them ended the call and were rude. I came upon Rachel who is not only knowledgeable, but an EXPERT Par excellence. Rachel has answers, she had expertise in what I was trying to accomplish and SAVED me money, brought my quote and insurance down super low for what I was looking for, she even called and kept me in the loop on her progress while working to get this done. When other Agents gave the impression they were doing me a favor by talking to me it felt very unpleasant. I have a Commercial Insurance Company who actually cares about me and my business and Commercial Insurance Solutions Inc cares about my success. I was looking for some Non- Trucking Liability coverage. Came in contact with Rachel one of the many representatives. She understood the assignment I was requesting and no hassles. Very responsive in any errors for corrections. Handled everything professionally as requested. You are taking care of when looking for your Trucking insurance and quotes. I called many companies that did not reach the level CIS is at. Definitely going to use them again when I get my own authority! When you call, tell them "Mike" sent you. The Mike out of Florida! you won't be disappointed about CIS and Rachel!!

I would like to express my appreciation for the ladies at CIS who exceeded my expectations. Christina and Kelly both provided me with the information that I need to purchase commercial insurance for my Cargo Van business! They were very professional, and very patient. They assured me that I would be able to reach them if I had any additional needs in the future.
