The phone call I just received, terrible. Jeff didn’t seem to want to help, asked “what are you looking for” upon calling back. I applied over the weekend and the application doesn’t provide any intel and before even discussing what prices the trucks ranges from or if they even have trucks with lift gates or sizes of trucks anything, he says “you gone need to put 40-50% down do you got that”. Although I was ready to put that much down his demeanor and the whole phone call feeling profiled , I will not be giving my business to them.
I had an outstanding experience working with Commercial Fleet Financing on financing 8 vehicle purchases. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized.
