Though the test was stressful itself, everything else was easy. There were clear instructions, immediate answers to my questions, and an easy to use kit. Shipping back was also very easy. If I had one criticism it would be that I filled out the online requisition form ahead of the test aa instructed on the kit but then needed to provide identical information in writing, needing to do that twice.
I recently had cause to use CDI‘S breath test system and found it incredibly easy to use and effective for diagnosing a condition I’ve had leading to a pathway to effective treatment

The components of the test were difficult for the lab to obtain, (Creating a one month delay) but once the test was in, it was mailed out received by me, mailed back and reviewed quickly. Once I understood the one month delay the communication between myself and in the lab was very good.
