I had to do a breath test for SIBO (Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth) and the test kit was really easy to use. The instructions were very clear and understandable, it told me everything I needed to do, and it was easy to ship out when done. I live in the same state as CDI so I got my results next day after shipping which was also really nice. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to get tested for SIBO or IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth, formerly referred to as SIMO/methane-dominant SIBO).
Even though there were a lot of instructions to follow in order to get valid results, CDI does a wonderful job with their very detailed steps and instructions. They are also very clear about how they work with insurance. Sending the test kit back to them was very easy and had pre-paid postage.

The only issue was a personal one-I mistakenly ruined the fasting period by eating something excluded from the list! The test itself was easy to perform and The instructions were very explanatory.

It took 3 weeks to receive the test kit after it was ordered. I contacted my ** after 2 wks an asked to a number to call. I called the number and left a message and they never responded. I finally received the kit only to find out I could not take any laxatives for a week prior to the test so I had to wait one more week. I mailed it back the same day and requested on the paperwork to be emailed with my results. It took a week to get notification they had the test an another week to get a text that my results were sent to my ** and I did not receive the results. I am paying to the test and should get the results as well as my **. this has not been a great experience and frustrating the amount of time that has passed since it was ordered early January and now it is March and I still do not know the results.
