We had a very pleasant experience with Comfort Mobility during our recent stay in Sedona. They were extremely accommodating with our holiday arrival and were willing to drop off and pick up the equipment we rented based on our schedule. Fantastic company to work with. Catlin was a tremendous help in securing a walker to use during my vacation. It was waiting for us at the resort front desk when we arrived. It was exactly like the one that I use at home. Definitely recommend them for mobility equipment.

Everything I need in one place. I purchased a few items when I went in by a very knowledgeable staff member Julie Rodriguez who also showed me around the entire store. I’ve had 2 hip replacements and 2 back surgeries. I would come here for any equipment I would need like an electric wheelchair, day rental or actual any handicap equipment. They even deliver and install. The staff are very helpful and nice. My daughter was in town and had to wear a boot due to a torn ligament. Miss Julie recommended a knee scooter to cruise around town while in Prescott. My daughter loved it.

I was stuck at the hospital with trouble with my lift and no way to get home. I called Comfort Mobility and got Julie Rodriguez and she said there were no techs there that day. I was lost and didn’t know what to do. She took time to come over and help me to at least be able to drive my car home and took my power chair into their shop until we could get the matter settled on Monday morning. She went so far as to riding my chair back to the store and walking back to get her own car. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and was still kind and helpful at the same time. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Thank for having such a kind and loving employee!!!🤗
