I have a pair of kittens who just turned one year old who have never been alone for more than a few hours, and I found several recommendations for The Comforted Kitty at my go-to place for cat chat (Reddit). We have a big trip this summer and I thought I'd try out the service with a quick trip we did for a few days. We met Victor and immediately felt at ease with how our cats interacted with him, and we was diligently taking notes. Our short trip went off without any issues and we're feel safe with our babies in Victor's hands for our summer trip!
We had a wonderful experience with Comforted Kitty! Our sitter, Katie, took great care of our cat while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and very attentive to our cat’s needs. We really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our cat was safe and comfortable at home.
It is obvious Katie genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and we came home to a happy, well cared for cat. I would definitely recommend Comforted Kitty, and we would happily book Katie again in the future.
Just had an excellent sit with Natalie at our home in SF! We opted for overnight visits while we went away on an extended trip. One of our cats requires several medications, and we liked the peace of mind knowing they had lots of company while we were away. Normally when we get home from a trip, the cats go velcro and look a little stressed, but this time, they stayed lazing away in their spots happy as can be. Natalie bonded with them so well, kept us informed each day, and left the place so tidy! We highly recommend this service, and especially Natalie 🤩

I have always been anxious about leaving my two cats with friends or alone, particularly because one of my cats is a bit spicy and high maintenance, so I used to only ask people who I knew were comfortable with her. But my friends who helped out in the past were never really "cat people" so I wasn't sure they were getting enough attention. I just rescued a third cat who is still very terrified, and I decided I needed to go with a professional. Despite having gotten my own gigs on Rover I don't feel comfortable using it to book sitters. I'm so glad I discovered The Comforted Kitty (indirectly through a Jackson Galaxy video). I love that the sitters are vetted, the company keeps really detailed information about each kitty on file, and makes contingency plans for emergencies. I really liked Lynell's profile, and we had a meet-and-greet with her. She was so professional, clearly really experienced with cats, and I felt totally at ease leaving them with her. She gave me daily updates and sent photos. She was awesome and even got my new cat to sit in her lap! For once I felt totally at ease on vacation. I highly recommend The Comforted Kitty, and Lynell in particular if you're in Vegas.
Zahria was a fantastic catsitter who sent detailed reports of how my cat was doing, with plenty of pictures. I came back home to find my cat happy and healthy. Can't ask for more! This company is legit and Zahria was a great sitter.
We had a great experience with The Comforted Kitty! We worked with Catreena and she went above and beyond for our cat and made sure we were well informed about how he was doing. Catreena genuinely cared about our kitty’s wellbeing and I felt very comfortable and a lot less stressed being away from him knowing she was checking in. We will be using The Comforted Kitty and Catreena again in the future.
Lisa was amazing! She took such great care of my cat while I was gone, gave him his meds and sent thoughtful updates and photos. My cat looked so happy. Definitely recommend!

I've used The Comforted Kitty Pet Sitting twice now. I've been lucky enough to be paired with Nikki as my cat sitter. She is totally trustworthy and kind, and sends me extremely thorough updates while I'm away from home. My cats adore her and it really puts my mind at ease knowing they are well cared for while I'm traveling. Highly recommend!

We had a ridiculously amazing experience with the Comforted Kitty and particularly our sitter, Narguess. We just moved to the Bay Area and were so worried to leave our cat while we traveled over the holidays. From our meet and greet with Narguess we could tell she genuinely loved cats and she was so caring and gentle in approaching our cat for the first time (he was a little shy) and she won him over very quickly. We appreciated how detailed oriented Narguess was in confirming all of our cat’s care instructions. She even offered to clip his nails and brush him, and we appreciated how above and beyond she went to make sure our cat was as comfortable as possible.
The first day of our trip, there was a mishap with our door and Narguess took care of it so smoothly, informing us every step of the way despite us not being able to answer her until after the issue was fixed (we were on our flight). I was really impressed - I would have panicked! But it just goes to show how committed she was. Our favorite part was reading the detailed updates that she sent us after each visit, with many pictures attached. Our cat really loved her by the end and we will keep booking with Narguess every time we’re out of town.
It was overwhelming to try to find a trustworthy cat sitter, especially knowing they would be inside our home, but the Comforted Kitty and Narguess really put us at ease. I initially chose this business because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews online, and I can attest that all the reviewers are right.

We use The Comforted Kitty for cat sitting services. They have an app where we can keep all our cats important information, and make it super easy to contact our sitter and make payments. Shannon is our usual cat sitter and she is amazing! She is always on time, reads directions and is very reliable. Our kitty loves playing with her and we completely trust her to sit with our kitty. She gives updates when she visits - so we always know what’s happening. The Comforted Kitty and Shannon are the best, so happy to have found them!

I've used this service many times this year to watch my two cats while away and they've always been excellent. The past few times have all been with AJ who is great, always thorough and communicative, and makes sure to send lots of pictures during the visit. My cats both love him and are much more relaxed when I get back home

I've been using Comforted Kitty for almost a year now ever since I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Serenity was / currently is our cat sitter and she goes above and beyond whenever she stops by. She is so attentive and caring to my kitties, and keeps the my home up and running when I'm gone. She is super neat & tidy, and when I come back home I find my apartment in a better state than when I left it! She truly is the sweetest and I enjoy having her as my sitter! Booking is also quick and effortless on the website, and the staff is really responsive and willing to help you out if you need anything.

Fantastic, seamless experience - The app took care of everything, including reminders and updates. The sitter we had, Stephanie, was fantastic and professional.
