In short: We really enjoyed our experience with The Comforted Kitty! The longer story: I'd been dragging my feet on finding a new sitter for our cat ever since our previous sitter moved away. After reading through reviews, we decided to give The Comforted Kitty a try, and I'm so grateful we did! Daniel took wonderful care not only of our furry son but also of our home. He followed all our instructions to a T and sent thoughtful updates throughout our trip. The website is easy to navigate and made the whole process feel professional and trustworthy. We highly recommend The Comforted Kitty and will definitely use their services again!

I've been using Comforted Kitty for almost a year now ever since I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. Serenity was / currently is our cat sitter and she goes above and beyond whenever she stops by. She is so attentive and caring to my kitties, and keeps the my home up and running when I'm gone. She is super neat & tidy, and when I come back home I find my apartment in a better state than when I left it! She truly is the sweetest and I enjoy having her as my sitter! Booking is also quick and effortless on the website, and the staff is really responsive and willing to help you out if you need anything.

Fantastic, seamless experience - The app took care of everything, including reminders and updates. The sitter we had, Stephanie, was fantastic and professional. She came to our house ahead of time, took notes and made sure she knew everything was and how we wanted her to do things. I’m going to use them again!

My experience with The Comforted Kitty was great! We were away on a trip for a little over a week and Anita was amazing with our two cats! The whole process was very thorough, including filling out forms and having a meet and greet with the sitter before hand. Anita kept us updated with daily reports, pictures, and videos! There happened to be a day when our electronic door lock’s battery died and she called us right away so we were able to get it resolved and she was able to get in and calm our cats down. We will definitely be using The Comforted Kitty again!

We cannot recommend Genna and the comforted kitties highly enough! She has looked after our two cats several times now, and every experience has been fantastic. Genna keeps us updated every day with lovely photos and videos, which gives us complete peace of mind while we are away. I have used this pet sitting company now for 2 years whenever I’m out of town and need someone to come take care of my cats for a few days. Both sitters they have sent have been amazing and my cats love them. Every day they send me pictures and updates on how my cats are doing. I reached out to The Comforted Kitty for a sitter during a short trip and was paired with Jacki—she was wonderful! From the start, her communication was excellent, she arrived on time for our meet and greet, and she kept me updated every day while I was away. The daily photos she sent truly put my mind at ease and made me smile. It was the longest I’d ever been away from my cat, but I felt completely comforted knowing he was being loved and cared for. I’ll definitely use The Comforted Kitty again—especially Jacki! Easy 5 stars :)

I've used this service twice now and had the same sitter (Victor) both times - each was a great experience. The first time he came he was very attentive when learning my lil guy's routine, taking notes and learning where everything was. The pictures he sent while I was away gave me peace of mind that all was OK back home. It's great to know this service exists as I wouldn't be able to travel for work without it. Comforted Kitty stood out from the other services due to it's more personal and cat-specific team. It's a bit more expensive than other services but I'd rather pay more for a tailored experience provided by other cat lovers than any ole dog walker trying to care for my buddy :) I'm already planning my next trip and will absolutely use the service again.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Stephan & The Comforted Kitty Cat Sitting company! He was absolutely fantastic in taking care of our cat, Jaxxie. He was always timely, attentive, and genuinely caring, spending quality time with her, feeding her, brushing her, washing her bowls, monitoring her stool, and keeping her litter box clean. Stephan even went above and beyond by working an extra day to make sure Jaxxie was cared for when we had to extend our flight due to a medical emergency. His dedication and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. This was my first experience using a cat sitter so I didn't know what to expect. My first impression was the website and how easy it was to navigate--always a good sign! After I signed up and picked my travel dates, the rest of the process ran efficiently and professionally. I loved that I was able to meet my 'sitter' before I left and Katana warmed to her immediately. My sitter L, sent me daily updates with pictures and I could tell Katana was not stressed at all. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be using Comforted Kitty in the future!

In my first experience with The Comforted Kitty, Natalie was a fantastic sitter for my cat George during my 11-day trip. She provided thorough daily reports with photos and videos that went above and beyond what I expected. And from what I could tell, she followed my instructions for feeding (with a ratioed prescription diet), replenishing water, cleaning litter, petting, etc. Would happily use them again!

The last 5 or 6 times we've traveled out of state, we've chosen The Comforted Kitty as our trusted cat sitter and have been fortunate to get Thad the last few visits. Thad is great with our cats, sends us photos everyday, and is very communicative about each visit. When I'm away from home I trust Thad and The Comforted Kitty to take the best care of my babies

We had Marisa Q. as our sitter for a long two week trip to Asia! She was both wonderful with our kitties, and also consistent and professional. She communicated well and followed all instructions. cannot recommend the comforted kitty enough. i'm an anxious cat owner, spend a lot of time with my cats at home, and have developed routines for them based on their preferences (they're spoiled!). i've tried lots of sitters from other services and while they've been okay (just okay), i hadn't found anyone who i was really happy with until trying the comforted kitty. Eliška was my sitter and she took careful notes and was super responsive and for the first time, i had no anxiety during my time away - she answered all my questions before i even had to ask, she included little notes and observations that let me know the cats were comfy with her, and all of my instructions were followed to the letter. it was literally a perfect sit, i couldn't ask for anything more.

So grateful for Reem who has looked after my cat twice now. My cat is a cuddle bug but also happens to be very shy, and Reem was incredibly sweet and patient with her. Reem was so great at meeting her at her level (literally, since my cat's favorite hiding spot is under the bed) to show her love and give her treats. The daily video updates were so lovely for when I was missing my little buddy. I appreciated how thorough the registration questionnaire was, and booking is really convenient. I highly recommend Reem and Comforted Kitty.
