Our experience with Comfort Air was one of the best we've had with a contractor. From the office personnel to the sales rep to the installation crew everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our sales rep Mike took the time to learn and understand our concerns with our old system and our needs for the new system. He then presented us with several estimates with different equipment options and available rebates so we could make an informed decision. When it came to scheduling the installation he was more than flexible and scheduled the install for the most optimal time for us. The installation crew ( Jon, DJ and Cody) were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. The workmanship and attention to detail was extraordinary. When asked they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions during and after the installation. Once the install was complete they performed a thorough start-up and tuning of the system to insure it was working properly and at optimum efficiency. They then did a thorough cleaning of their work area and before leaving made sure they had answered all of our questions that we were completely satisfied.
