I ordered and paid for a water slide to be at our school from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. The slide did not show up until 8:30 a.m. When I mentioned to the driver that they were 30 minutes late, the response was that they don't even open until 8:30. Why would you allow customers to rent a slide starting at 8:00 a.m. in the morning when you know it's not possible to get the slide to the customer? I feel like the webiste should have the times for rental reflect the actual times that the slide is available.
Otherwise, the slide was great and our children enjoyed it immensely. I will order from Comet again; however, I will talk to someone to confirm actual times instead of doing it all on the website which is how I ordered it this time.
Great service! Drop off and pick up were easy and straightforward. I appreciated the text I received the day of with a reminder of the pickup time and address.
Only thing that could improve is the cleanliness of the chairs. They had some dirt on them and I had to wipe them all down before my event.
