I very rarely write reviews, but Combat Pest Control are worth it. These guys know their stuff. We have used them twice, and they are extremely knowledgeable with a prompt, professional and effective service. Don't waste time and money (and stress!) with DIY treatment - get these guys in and get it done right.

What a great experience! We recently moved into a new home that has an established ant colony in the roof cavity. We were impressed with how informative this process has been from prep instructions prior to the ant treatment, all the way to the detailed service report after the treatment. I also appreciated Kane answering all my questions when he arrived to do the ant treatment.
All in all, this was a very stress-free experience and we felt at ease through the entire process.

December 2025 - We recently hired this company for a second time for a different issue, and once again the service was excellent. Fast, consistent, reliable, and friendly, they quickly found the issue and treated it promptly, answering all our questions and easing any anxieties along the way. It honestly makes life so much more carefree knowing these guys are here to handle the pesky problems in life!
Feb 2025 - Nic is amazing! So kind and responsive, showed up perfectly on time despite a hectic day, and took the time to answer our questions and concerns, provide reassurance and explain the process. Was also very respectful of our space. Everything you'd want in a service for dealing with a pesky issue. If we ever need help again, we will be coming right back to these guys, they deserve all the 5-star reviews!

Unbelievably excellent - I don't think I have ever known better service and empathy from any company providing any service before in my life and I'm in my 60's!! My daughter inherited a carpet beetle infestation in a rental property. She has multiple health conditions so it was the worst possible situation for her to be in. When I rang we had a booking so fast. The person I spoke to (Shane) was clear on instructions and sent them to me (and later reviewed them with me over the phone as well!). He was so amazingly empathetic to my daughters situation and also to the effect this can have on anyone experiencing it. The service person (Nic) was just as empathetic and very thorough and helpful way beyond expectations. I cant sing their praises enough. A Very Merry Christmas to Combat Pest Control.

Prompt, friendly and efficient service by Graham. Showed a video from under the house of the hive before treatment and waited a while afterwards to confirm treated hive and bees were affected.
It has been a week now, and no bees have been seen at the hive.

I used combat pest control this week to deal with a carpet beetle issue. Graeme was professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the job without issue. He also provided a detailed report afterward, which was great.
