On holiday in the area and my dog had a bad eye . They fitted me in first thing , phoned my vets at home to make sure they would not give him anything that would conflict with anything he was already taking. So friendly and the vet , David sorted his eye out . So impressed with their service today . Thank you
After being told our dog has 3 weeks to live, we were of course at a denial, depression and we found it hard to accepts the news this was from a private vet in south west of England in Surrey. Something told me to contact a vets in the north of England why because im from this part of the county and I trust my own northern folk for a third opinion our doggie had a tumour. Honestly David and his team are amazing and took on the difficult procedure for our dog. Which we are truly greatful for we are 5 hours away but we would do it all again thanks to the Conway Road Veterinary Surgery team and all there hard work in removing it and giving us longer life expectancy with our Kaplan. I couldn’t recommend more this lovely strong professional lot ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing! We had an emergency late yesterday with our dog whilst on holiday in the area and the vet and staff stayed late to help. I cannot express my thanks enough. A beautifully clean & modern interior, staff went above and beyond and our little pooch was treated wonderfully (she’s now home & recovering very well), would highly recommend- plus I’ve heard it’s by far the best vets in the area. Thank you 🙏🏼 😍
Very expensive vet that will charge consultation fees for every visit even on ongoing treatments 😡 when no consultation has been done, your also better off getting prescription for meds as his prices are through the roof, it’s not about how he can help your dog it’s about how much can he make out of your dog 🤑💯 they even tried to charge me for work they had not done a deep skin scrape 😱 i also told them twice he doesn’t need a deep skin scraper as there was nothing on the surface scrapes of the dogs skin and his problems are down to allergies not mites, he has a past history of allergies always ask for a receipt so you can see if your been overcharged 😡
This is the best veterinary team in the area. The care they provide our cat with each visit, if its a routine check up or an operation is second to none. The whole team are so professional & truly caring at the same time. They really put us at ease & more importantly our cat is so at ease with them too. Highly recommended!
