Kyle, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that was your experience. Perhaps you spoke to one of our new staff as we are transitioning 2 of our long term team members out to Chiropractic school :)

Our initial visits are 1 hour with the DC or NP of your choice, or our recommendation depending on your concerns. Im these visits we'll review your current concerns as well as injury history, other life events, mood, sleep health, bowel patterns, etc. We package that with some in house diagnoatics to give us a snapshot of your general health, your treatment for the day, and a boost pass for the week so you can sample the therapies available to you for $349
After your first visit, we ask you to observe your responses so we can make an accurate recommendation for payment options going forward (and care recommendations of course, but this response is largely to address financial concerns).

We may recommend and you may choose to pay A La' Carte (for each visit as you come in), to purchase a Bundle of A La'Carte units to be be used for various therapies and visits (this gets you an extra "buy in bulk" style discount),
Or you may choose a Partnership (most popular option) which allows you unlimited access to the providers and therapies included in your level of partnership, plus discounts on supplements, diagnostics, workshops, and therapies not included in your partnership. All of this info should also be on the website.

We accept HSA, FSA, credit card, cash. We also offer 🍒 financing and thiugh we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to print you a superbill to submit for reimbursement or credit towards your deductible in accordance with your insurers parameters.

But seriously, thank you for that feedback that the environment we aim to create is actually showing up the way we want it :) I just sent the team a video of wheel chair driving itself at an airport... I know alot of the world is on board with automation and systematization, (and in some cases, it totally makes sense), but there is no replacement for real, loving, healing, human interaction. And stressor in our world change daily, which means our bodies change daily, and we're blessed to have so many tools and talented practioners so we can make the shift you (and others) need on any given day!
