Beyond Elated with how Steve and everyone at Colorado Springs Garage Floors worked together to instal our garage epoxy flooring. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and extremely high-quality. Steve’s crew showed up on time, communicated clearly, and took their time doing every step the right way — grinding, patching, coating, and sealing with real attention to detail.
The finished floor (Glacier option) turned out better than we imagined. The flakes are perfectly even, the clear coat is glass-smooth, and the texture has the right balance of grip and shine. Even in different lighting — morning sun, overhead lights, night with vehicle shadows — the floor looks flawless. The coverage around the steps, walls, and edges is clean and sharp, and the transitions look like something straight out of a showroom.
We’ve already parked vehicles/trailers/stored a motorcycle, and moved equipment in and out, and the coating still looks brand new. Very durable. Easy to wash off/blow away the dirt, leaves, and other debris. This upgrade completely transformed the garage and adds real value to the home.
If you’re thinking about epoxy floors, this is the team to call. High-quality work, professional crew, and results that speak for themselves. Highly recommend. Will continue with them as we continue to improve the garage (overhead storage, walls, checkout their website and get yours redone!)

My garage floor was uneven at the place where garage door and floor meet which allowed mice and chipmunks into the garage. They ground the area and now there isn't any day light under the garage door seal. They completed grinding beneath 4 doors. They were very nice and completed the job in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable for the effort.

Working with Colorado Springs Garage Floors just couldn’t have been a better experience.
My neighbor across the street was having his garage done, so I went over and asked the crew some questions about the process. All my questions were answered so I called and set up an appointment to get a quote.
Steve Allen came and measured the area, explained the process in detail, and gave me the price, which was much more reasonable than I expected!
The day of the install, the crew showed up at the time I was told they would be there. They were very polite, asked if I had any questions or concerns before they started.
The floor and stem walls were ground smooth and the dust vacuumed. The sealer and texture were applied and the crew wrapped up around 3 p.m. They returned the next morning to scrape the excess texture and seal the floor and stem walls. They left me with instructions as to when I can put the vehicles and everything else back on floor. I have nothing but praise for Colorado Springs Garage Floors!! Their customer service, attention to detail, quality workmanship is top shelf!!
This may sound a bit cliche, but this company made me feel like part of their family.
You won’t be disappointed if you contract them to do your garage

We had our garage floor coated by Colorado Springs Garage Floors. After the garage door was clamped and left open, we were told that someone would come the following day for a final walkthrough. That evening, we had snowfall and wind that passed through the area.
The next morning, we noticed discoloration on the floor adjacent to the open door. As it turned out, no one showed up or called us regarding the final walkthrough. We did not unclamp the garage door but left it as is, as we were told to do.
So, the pattern of a response basically consisted of me contacting the foreman who would tell me someone will be there, and then no one showing up or calling for a couple of days. I would contact him again; he would say that someone else was supposed to come and that he thought they had reached out to us.
Finally, six days after the final walkthrough was supposed to occur, someone showed up to begin repairing the floor. At this time, the foreman told us that the floor would be finished the following day. No show. No show. Two days later, I contacted him again due to another no show and no phone call. Finally, someone showed up. So, 11 days after the beginning of the job, it was finally completed.
The owner contacted us via email 7 days later and apologized for the delay due to the unpredictable Colorado weather. He said sometimes it can take their team a week or more to get back on schedule, especially with multiple weather events affecting their operations. He did not address the total lack of communication that occurred over numerous days that he or his crew were responsible for.
Simply being told that your company was too busy to resolve the problem just doesn’t seem to be a demonstration of good customer service, especially when the statement, ‘We Pride Ourselves on Our Exceptional Customer Service – We Promise to Respond Quickly!’ is at the top of their own website.
In our last communication, the owner admitted he came up with a similar timeline and talked to his foreman and an employee about responsiveness and follow up and that he will do his best moving forward so that this will not happen again.
I suggest they all look at the top of the Colorado Springs Garage Floors website as a start.
