We had our garage floor coated by Colorado Springs Garage Floors. After the garage door was clamped and left open, we were told that someone would come the following day for a final walkthrough. That evening, we had snowfall and wind that passed through the area. The next morning, we noticed discoloration on the floor adjacent to the open door. As it turned out, no one showed up or called us regarding the final walkthrough. We did not unclamp the garage door but left it as is, as we were told to do. So, the pattern of a response basically consisted of me contacting the foreman who would tell me someone will be there, and then no one showing up or calling for a couple of days. I would contact him again; he would say that someone else was supposed to come and that he thought they had reached out to us. Finally, six days after the final walkthrough was supposed to occur, someone showed up to begin repairing the floor. At this time, the foreman told us that the floor would be finished the following day. No show. No show. Two days later, I contacted him again due to another no show and no phone call. Finally, someone showed up. So, 11 days after the beginning of the job, it was finally completed. The owner contacted us via email 7 days later and apologized for the delay due to the unpredictable Colorado weather. He said sometimes it can take their team a week or more to get back on schedule, especially with multiple weather events affecting their operations. He did not address the total lack of communication that occurred over numerous days that he or his crew were responsible for. Simply being told that your company was too busy to resolve the problem just doesn’t seem to be a demonstration of good customer service, especially when the statement, ‘We Pride Ourselves on Our Exceptional Customer Service – We Promise to Respond Quickly!’ is at the top of their own website. In our last communication, the owner admitted he came up with a similar timeline and talked to his foreman and an employee about responsiveness and follow up and that he will do his best moving forward so that this will not happen again. I suggest they all look at the top of the Colorado Springs Garage Floors website as a start.

Brand new house and I wanted to seal the garage floor. Communications were very responsive from setting up the initial walkthrough all the way to project completion. Their website is informative and answers all the questions I had or gave me enough of an education to search for the additional resources. I had the garage floor, the surrounding skirt and two steps sealed. Noah answered all my remaining questions on the final walk through. I would use Colorado Springs Garage Floors again and will recommend them to friends or anyone who asks.

We just purchased this house and the garage floor was pretty rough to say the least. We called Colorado Springs garage floors they came out gave us an estimate showed us all the colors that they could do we loved it decided to do it they did it in one day took like 2 days total before we would drive on it so nobody touched that floor it was gorgeous absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who comes to our home the first thing they notice the first comments we get is about our floor our garage floor! We liked it so much we painted the walls. I even added my favorite car to show you what it looks like in there.. I hope you like it too wouldn't have done it any other way it is beautiful. The color we chose was perfect😎

Steve and his team - Shane, Noah, Andrew, Tobin (I feel like I'm forgetting someone) - are the BEST!!! From the initial consultation with Steve, to the day of installation, and the final finished product (all in one day), the process was seamless and well worth it! These guys are pros and some of the nicest people you will meet. We were referred to them by our neighbors who had their garage floor done 4 years ago and it still looks brand new. My husband and I selected the Everest color and we couldn't be happier with our new garage floor! We highly recommend Steve and his crew...you won't be disappointed!

They did a wonderful job explaining everything and the final product was so nice that we had the neighbors walking by and commenting on the floors. They were the most reasonably priced vs competitors as well. The workers were very respectful at the job sight and worked extremely hard to get it done. Happy with results.
