Terrible service and shady practices
I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order on January 2nd, expecting it to ship promptly with priority shipping since I live close by. However, it didn’t go out until after multiple attempts to contact the company—emails and calls went unanswered. It wasn’t until I left a one-star review on Google that I finally got a response. While the person I spoke with was polite and the order eventually shipped, I find it extremely shady that they asked me to delete my review before they shipped my item. No compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered for the delays and poor communication. It took nearly two weeks to get my product, which is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again.

Don’t buy any marijuana from these crooks!
Don’t buy any marijuana from these people. They are crooked. I bought an ounce of Jack Herer marijuana from them and it was the windiest weakest crap I’ve ever smoked in my life! When I called them to complain, they made up some excuse trying to tell me that it was a CBD marijuana, like I wasn’t supposed to smoke it? I repeatedly asked for my money back, but they are saying I should have bought something else, which is bullshit. Crooks with a capital.C!

They don't answer phone calls
They don't respond to emails, voice messages, text messages this place is a ghost.
I placed an order two weeks now n I have not clue where is my order, I try but there's no way to find anyone.
I leave voice mails, text messages, emails nothing nothing nothing.
The worst service EVER
I forgot..n the tracking says for days ARRIVING TODAY
I'm furious n there is no way to talk to anyone for that I had to write everything here.

Ordered a pre-roll on 01/01/2025 to check-out the new to me THCP before investing in it. To date no pre-roll. To date they haven't even shipped it. To date haven't heard anything from the inquiries I've sent, and after reading about the same problems from others, I don't expect anything different. Last time CCD. Screw up the first simple small order only tells me it'll be no different with larger ones.

I've also left a message with their "chat" and have yet to hear from anyone. I would appreciate a response at the least and refund since you folks have a problem living up to your commitment and communicating with your customer.
We are still waiting on our refund. This guy is a fraud. Please contact me if this guy has ripped you off or if you are waiting on a refund or a package that never shipped or it did ship with a cut label (which our UPS store manager saw label cut when it was delivered. I have all my text messages with him and its so shady. Do not order from him.
Here is the info I need and it was never given because the refund was never finalized. Just a phony screen shot.
I needed the tracking ID or AR number that is provided when tracking a refund for our bank. It was never given.

Ordered Nov 9- no order. The promised refund hasn’t “processed” either.

Box was received in an altered state at PMB. You were immediately sent pictures and box was returned same day via UPS, signature required. If you choose not to sign for the package that is not us not returning the package- it’s refusal on your end. Square can not confirm refund was issued.

Absolutely livid with this company I placed an order on the 9 th it's now the 19th I was told that if I hadn't got any updates by Monday they would refund my money now they act like I don't exist I haven't gotten my product I ordered nor a refund

Placed order #71142, tried emailing no reply, calling leave message, no reply. Told to text them, no reply. Call finally sit on hold, then says they are closed. 2pm?

UPDATE: was able to get thru to Business, Not only did they communicate to ensure satisfaction, one of the owners Leo reached out to me, offering assistance and eventually gave me tracking info. As a first time buyer was Leary not hearing from business, however now i understand they are on it and WILL do business again…..thank you Leo

Awesome company. High quality products. I purchased the Baba THCP Gummies. I suffer from pain and nausea and these gummies are great. I would highly recommend any product they sell.
