Terrible service and shady practices I had a very disappointing experience. I placed an order on January 2nd, expecting it to ship promptly with priority shipping since I live close by. However, it didn’t go out until after multiple attempts to contact the company—emails and calls went unanswered. It wasn’t until I left a one-star review on Google that I finally got a response. While the person I spoke with was polite and the order eventually shipped, I find it extremely shady that they asked me to delete my review before they shipped my item. No compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered for the delays and poor communication. It took nearly two weeks to get my product, which is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again.
