I used a Kabar TDI before, but the Colonel Blades knife offers a superior experience—it follows the same concept but feels better suited to my needs. Cool knives Not for steak, but will cut meat. The knives are interesting. The shape may be off putting at first glance, but the handle naturally fits into your hand, and you will instinctively understand how to use it. The G10 knives are also excellent quality. It’s G10, not steel, but it’ll pass a metal detector for places with light security. Not TSA compliant, lol. The two steel varieties offered are both good blade steels, also (steel snobs) they are steel 😂. The use case scenario for this blade is similar to that for a clinch pick or SCOP, and it will also be an effective push knife. Seems like a solid design for close quarters work.

Perfect self defense blade Excellent product! The knife meets every expectation. The sheath works well though the plastic retention clip doesn’t grip well enough for a clean draw without a belt. Though I did find tying the draw string of my pants through the hole in the clip worked pretty well. Over all very satisfied! Will purchase again. Would make a great gift.

Fantastic customer service I bought one of the sheaths on January 5th. Stop immediately reached out and let me know he will not be able to ship it out till after shot show because of the color had not come in yet from the place and he bent over backwards to make sure that I was Captain the loop on every step of the shipping process. And also they included a small amount of swag from compensation and I love this company and I don't know what else to say.

A top-quality self-defense knife with excellent portability I also own folders from competing brands, but Colonel’s folder shows superior build quality, grip comfort, and portability. The difference in locking mechanisms simply comes down to personal preference. Although it’s slightly smaller, that actually makes it easier to carry and better suited for EDC
