We’re about halfway through the process of braces, and I can say we love Dr Sam! He’s so personable and makes my kid feel relaxed about all of it. He’s thoughtful and thorough.

The staff are professional, office is clean and welcoming, no pressure consulation, clear road map and cost up front. I needed braces because I was grinding my teeth at night. Around two years ago, I walked into this office thinking my overbite could be fixed with Invisalign. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, but Dr. Collins helped me navigate the conversation around a full round of metal braces thoughtfully and compassionately. As an adult, I absolutely did not want to get metal brackets. However, with my complications around bite, it was paramount that I do so. I am a huge advocate of asking your medical and dental professionals as many questions as you have, and Dr. Collins was responsive, polite, and thorough in his answers in person and via email.
I was really appreciative of how carefully he listened to my concerns especially when it came time to remove the braces. He was willing to take in my considerations and aesthetics rather than adhere to another standard.
Front desk staff is calm, collected, and so very prompt with scheduling. All appointments are confirmed via text and email, making remembering appointments quite easy. I haven't had a problem rescheduling in advance either.
The space is wonderfully designed and has a decent private parking lot. As it is near both an elementary school and a daycare, I would be mindful of prime pick-up and drop-off times when planning and scheduling appointments. However, traffic flows are predictable here, and it's quite easy to get around the area.
Highly recommend if you're in need of orthodontics at any age.
