Collins Roofing bid a roof and siding job for my home in July. Matt Collins owner, spent a couple of hours assessing what was needed He got back to me in a reasonable timeframe with a bid that was thorough and competitive. He did so in a very professional and thorough manner. He was very forthright and honest about what they could and could not do. Although they didn’t win the bid I would consider Collins for future jobs. He was one of the few who provided referrals as well. It’s a family business, and he is third generation. I felt confident in their ability and integrity.
We are very pleased with our new roof from Collins and Son Roofing. Everyone involved treated us with courtesy and respect throughout the entire process. Elijah Walker, the representative who met with us was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail on the front end. Once it was time for the job to begin, Matt Collins who was very professional and approachable came out and answered any questions we had. The crew who replaced our roof was very skillful and did a great job. The clean up was thorough once the job was completed and our yard looked the same as it did before. Had my roof repairs completed a few weeks ago and noticed a couple of spots that looked a bit puffed up. I reached out with some questions, and even my insurance adjuster mentioned it can take time for shingles to settle. Matt, the owner, followed up personally and had someone come back out to inspect—and the issue was resolved the very next day. Communication was great throughout, especially via text, and I truly appreciate a company (and owner) that stands behind their work and makes sure everything is done right!

Service was efficient and completed as estimated and upon discovery of extra wood damage, an additional cost was added for the needed repair. Matt and his employees were respectful and courteous during the process of making the appointments, estimating the cost of the repairs, and completing the work. I felt the work was quality with assurance that if there were a problem associated with the repairs, they would make good their work. I would recommend consulting them with roof repairs.
Really great experience from start to finish. Matt was extremely responsive and his team did a fantastic job, including leaving the site nicely cleaned up after the work. I really appreciate how accommodating Matt was given that I live in California and needed to coordinate with my folks living at their home in Conway. He went out of his way to work with both me and them and made the whole thing super easy. Highly recommended!

Collins worked me in for an inspection after a big storm and tarped my roof immediately as there was another sgorm coming that night. I could not get anyone else to make time. He did not make me feel bad about not being prepared for a large expense so worked with me about a payment plan for deductible. As of today, I have a pretty new roof. Thank you.

Collins Roofing did A real good job on My Roof. They clean up after they finish the job. They completed the job in one. Came back out the next day to double check the roof to make sure nothing was missed.
They called and E-Mail Me before they started the job.
