Fantastic. This is a fantastic company to sort out last minute courier dramas. Within 45 minutes one of their drivers had collected the box. It was delivered as per the instructions. Communication throughout was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Craig arranged quickly and efficiently to fetch a suitcase left behind in Exeter on the same day! I was thrilled this company is super organized, unbelievably efficient with easy explanations, payment links and confirmation emails. The suitcase was delivered to London within 10 hours of it being left behind in Exeter. Fantastically fast! The price was very fare and comparable if I had personally taken public transport to fetch it myself. 6 Star service !!!👍

Package arrived sooner than expected My daughter left her phone in her hotel room . We contacted collect same day whilst on the train home . They collected the phone from the hotel and delivered to our home within 1/2 hour of us arriving home . Brilliant service .

The service exceeded our expectations. We have historically had issues with couriers when sending out consignments to the EU, but our contact, Nial, was very responsive and helpful in organising the delivery to our client in Switzerland. They were flexible for both our needs and our client's, and was able to make changes to the date of delivery to best help suit our client. The delivery driver was kind and helpful when collecting the items and there were no issues for delivery. The client expressed that "Everything went very smoothly and quickly" and we could not be happier with the service.

Absolutely FIRST RATE .. I was let down by a different courier ... I called them at 7am .. they had collected by 7.5 tonne truck 3 pallets by 11.30am and delivered to Portsmouth just in time for my shipping cut off time of 3.30pm. I mean I am more than IMPRESSED

I contacted this company at 6pm on a Friday night for an emergency job and without hesitation they found a way to accommodate. They collected at 6.30am on a Saturday and delivered to Scotland same day. They were really easy to use and the whole process was hassle free. Amazing customer service, and delivery. I left an item at my first hotel while visiting Scotland in August 2025, and arranged to have it picked up and delivered to my last stop. Arranging the pick up and delivery was very quick and simple, and easy payment options over web or phone. Lewis was so friendly over the phone and made me feel at ease about getting my stuff back so I could take it home with me. Should I ever need a courier again, I would use Collect Same Day.
