great service - Chelsea was fantastic in organising the transfer so quickly. The driver was at the collection point 15 mins from the payment made, and delivered the parcel shortly after. I would definitely recommend using 'Collect Same Day Couriers Ltd' for urgent collections and deliveries.
Exceptional indeed! This fantastic company have the most wonderful communication, customer service and follow up system I have come across in a while. I am incredibly grateful to this company for making it possible that my business could fulfil its orders on time and with a smile! We were let down by another company and need to get the orders to my house for delivery before I went away. It was all done very last minute and Alfie went above and beyond. Thank you so much not only for delivering what you said you would, being on time, clear communication and delivered with a smile. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing and communications are becoming dependent on AI or just not very good I am very grateful that there are companies like Same Day Couriers Ltd out there that do a brilliant job. Alfie thank you so much, you did a fantastic job and made it all possible!
First time using and have already recommended company. Josh was helpful on phone and proactive in customer service. Would use again. Thanks

A outstanding service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful team to ensure the booking was the best I could get. Excellent tracking service during the journey. Perfect timing and professional driver.
Exceptional Same-Day Courier Service
Collect Same Day Couriers provided an exceptional service when I urgently needed important documents delivered to the DHL International Depot before the 19:00 cut-off time.
I contacted Collect Same Day Couriers at 17:00 and explained the urgency. I was immediately assured that they could meet the deadline. By 17:15, the driver was outside our office with the documents, and by 18:30, the parcel had been safely handed over to DHL reception.
Considering this was a 10-mile journey on a Friday during peak traffic, I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service.
I would also like to highlight Chelsea, who handled the booking exceptionally well. She was responsive, professional and efficient throughout, giving me confidence that the delivery was in safe hands.
An excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Dangerous driving.
The reason your review is 1-star is because one of your vans jumped the traffic lights, at roadworks in Ponsonooth, Cornwall, at 10.50 on 16/09/2026, endangering other cars.

I experienced such wonderful, friendly service from Chelsea at Collect Same Day! She was not only lovely to talk to but also worked with me to ensure all my needs were met when booking the courier service I needed. She gave me honest advice which I felt I could trust. We are also a charity so finding good value for money is really important and I felt like this was taken into account. I'll definitely be using this company again. Thanks Chelsea!

Quick and communicative! I need a same day, multi stop collection and delivery and Chelsea made it all happen seamlessly. The driver arrived on time at each location, with all assets arriving in one piece. Particularly liked the tracking function, so I could see when it made it to each stop. Will be using again!!
