I went to see Toby Cederbaum a massage therapist because I had a really bad pain in my upper back for two weeks and after one session the pain was completely relieved. Since I never had a massage before I was little nervous but she explained all the process to me. The calm and relaxing environment was just perfect. I recommend her 100%

Most of my previous massages were a joke. They always had a set routine and never listened to what I need to have done. That was not the case with Shubert. He was professional, knew his trade, and gave a first class massage. He was also knowledgeable and he had a great personality. I would recommend him to my family and friends without hesitation.
All I can say is FANTASTIC, which is a lot because I have had a lot of massages over time and I was impressed! You can’t beat the price anywhere for a skilled therapist such as this!

I had been dealing with chronic neck and upper back pain for awhile now and instead of just following a generic massage routine like most places, Ruddy took the time to truly listen to my concerns and focus on the specific problem areas. After the session, I actually noticed an improvement in my posture. Clean place, comfortable environment, definitely going back.
Shubert was beyond amazing. My sciatica is so released from a single visit! Therapeutic massage is so different than regular massage! It works n the knowledge of Shubert was off the charts. I plan on going back to him for a monthly visit! He’s truly outstanding ! Highly highly recommend him for any of your body ailments!!!

One thing that really stands out is the owner’s Steve's background – it helps so much that he’s also a chiropractor. He brings a deeper understanding of body mechanics and injury prevention, which gives me extra confidence in the workouts and advice I receive.
The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Whether you're just starting out or more experienced, Vitality offers a motivating, safe, and welcoming environment. Highly recommend! P.S. the freestyle playing is always a treat!

The best gym you would ever find. Top of the line equipment, and great variety of them that you would only find here. Variety of classes. Also offers personal training, physical therapy, stretching. Friendly space with great staff members. Highly recommend it
I had a Therapeutic Massage with Mila. She was amazing. One of the best massage services I've ever had. At some point I may have had an out of body experience. She released tension in places I never knew I ever had tension. Her neck work was transformative and it even released tension in my jaw! Highly recommend Mila!
