I went to find the viral needoh squishy toy and they didnt have it٫ or so I thought. I walked out of the store but the moment I walked to the next store٫ I saw a Needoh٫ hiding under the counter. So I walked back in the store and asked if they got any٫ because the first time I didn't. A worker than told me that they sold out. But I knew they were lying so they could have it for themselves. Very disappointed with the customer service.

We're sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the NeeDoh. The item you saw had already been sold through our Click & Collect service and was set aside awaiting collection by the customer who purchased it, which is why our team advised that we were sold out.

While I regret that there was confusion about the availability of this item, I do take exception to the suggestion that our staff were lying. They were providing the correct information based on the stock available for sale at the time. I will always support my team when they have acted honestly and professionally.
