Co create were recommended to us by a friend who had done projects with them in the past. Jamie was really helpful and the design process was seamless. There was a delay from design to build but co create took control of all the admin and getting us to the build stage and took on the principal contractor role for us. When a problem did arise Alister was very quick to offer assurances and to his credit he sorted the issue out immediately, even doing a site visit in the evening just before Christmas. It was really appreciated. I have already recommended co create to our friends (who are planning a renovation) and would do to anyone else. I would 100% use them again. Thank you to Jamie, Alister and the team.

I would highly recommend co create architects. Alistair has been brilliant for us, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He has successfully got our planning application over the line with Dartmoor national park to knock down and rebuild an old 50’s bungalow. Would absolutely use co create for any future projects.

Alistair impressed us from the beginning as both Architect and Contract Administrator. He listened to our requirements before making initial drawings. His extensive knowledge of building regulations and imaginative ideas enabled us to make some alterations. His plans when completed by the builders gave us the rooms that exceeded our expectations. We've worked on a number of schemes now with CoCreate, both new build and refurbishment across the commercial and residential sectors. As Structural Engineers we work with many other Architectural Firms across the Southwest and London and so we're able to directly compare our experience with CoCreate to other firms and we're pleased to say that it's always been positive. Working collaboratively leads to a better design and a better product for the client. We strive towards sustainable and economical designs, such that embodied carbon is as low as possible from the outset with construction, in use and end of life in mind. Therefore, early engagement and good conversations lead to this, we find all of the team at CoCreate a pleasure to work with, they listen to and value our input and they consider this when working through the design process. Sadly not all Architectural Firms do this. We look forward to many more schemes together as we recommend CoCreate to our clients.

We selected Alistair and Co Create to be our Architect for a complete renovation / extension - changing a 1950s bungalow to a modern, 'green', house - after an exhaustive selection process with 5 other Architects........and we have been incredibly impressed in the nearly 2 years we have been working with him. He is an excellent blend of listening, open-minded to our ideas with the reality of practical / allowable design. Therefore, we have built an excellent relationship as we have gone through the different stages of the project, including 2 planning application rounds and recruiting/using 'consultants' (environment, structural, regulatory, renewables etc.) and even building contractors where we have ended up using a Building Contractor he suggested. Generally we have found the Co Create team to be efficient in handling things. We have been so impressed that we have asked him to be the project administrator for the construction phase, so that he can more easily control the quality of the build through effective project contracting and administration. From the very start, Alister, the company director, came out to our property and walked us through a range of options. He gave us plenty of great ideas to think about, took detailed measurements of every room, and was polite, approachable, and easy to talk to. We had little idea what we were doing, but he answered every question with patience and clarity. He produced a highly detailed plan showing both our current layout and the proposed future design. At first, we weren’t sure how to proceed and left things on hold for a while. When we finally decided to go ahead, that’s when the company truly stepped up. They went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation. We chose the Stage 4 package, which meant everything was taken care of for us. The whole team has been outstanding, but Alister in particular has been truly amazing throughout the process. I am have an ambitious project starting next year and chose Co Create to take care of it. Having some knowledge of how planning works, but not for doiing a project of my own, I was nervous. It changed when I met Alistair the architect. The resulting plans and CGI look straight from the 'glossies' . If you want to live in a place from Beverly Hills, see your house transform, don't 'try' Co Create - USE Co Create!
