Colleen is a rare find! She is incredibly talented in her work, and more importantly, possesses a true passion for working with her clients. She took the time to understand the look we were going for, and made sure to incorporate baby and pet friendly components. We had a wonderful experience working with her from the beginning to the end. She was always punctual, and does an exceptional job at coordinating and relaying information between us and all the tradesmen. She was quick to address and reconcile any unexpected occurrences during our home renovation. We would highly recommend Colleen to everyone that we know.

Colleen is an absolute gem !! She is a wonderful designer and took the stress out of our renovations and home decorating. We are thrilled with the new look of our home as it looks stunning. She was very proactive and always on top of things and did it with efficiency. At the same time she was personable and helpful from start to finish. Our whole family loves her and what she did for our home. She helped us with so many things including a new kitchen, bathroom, floors, painting, furniture selection and additional decor. We also appreciated the work done by Miran Flooring, Aldo Shutters, Baressa Kitchens and JT Construction on our project who were all introduced to us by Colleen and a special thanks to Jason for the counters as well !!

I wouldn’t dream of doing a renovation without Colleen’s services. I originally thought that an interior designer basically only designed but they do so much more. The resources that years of experience brings is invaluable. She helped us find a fabulous contractor to work with, had our wall colour and carpets selected after the first design meeting, and she pointed us in the right direction for a custom built in closet company. I was impressed by the speed in which she sourced options for lighting, etc. and all at a reasonable price. She definitely saved us time and money on our bedroom project and helped to define the style. Colleen is very personable and we hit it off the very first meeting. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered on it. She is a great communicator and stays in contact throughout the project. I highly recommend her services for any renovation or refresh no matter the size.

Im currently building a tiny house on a very limited budget and made that very transparent to her when we spoke on the phone. I absolutely loved working with Colleen!! After living in a new build home for a few years, it needed the finishing touches throughout. She quickly learned our tastes and was able to make suggestions for adjustments of things we already owned and helped source options for new items that pulled our space together. Colleen is great at what she does. This is our second time hiring Colleen for a spare bedroom/reading room renovation. She understands what her clients want and delivers on their requests. She make the task of picking paint colours and light fixtures so easy. She also had great ideas for saving money and places to source items. So resourceful . I would definitely recommend her for any interior design consulting or projects you need.

Colleen O'Hara (Coco Interior Design), and I met by chance in the Spring 2022. I had a good feeling from the onset when "I asked" for her Business card. I contacted Colleen in September 2022 and she began planning and implementing an extensive renovation on my home which included a complete new primary ensuite, new hardwood flooring through the whole home, staircase refurbishment, painting, etc. Work commenced February 2023 and including putting everything back in place, was recently completed. To say that I could not be happier with the results is an understatement. Colleen has a keen eye for good design and has excellent planning and research skills. She listens to her client's needs and desires. She firmly believes in reusing, repurposing and recycling whenever possible - and this not only saves her clients money, but also helps our environment which is so needed today. Equally important is that Colleen has access to excellent, reliable and conscientious Contractors and Trades - including the gentleman that hung all my heavy mirrors and pictures. All showed up when they said they would and contacted me if something unexpected arose (rare). I was never left hanging. The whole renovation experience, other than the nuisance of unavoidable construction mess, was stress free. Best of all, the workmanship is exceptional. Colleen has a great personality. She is easy to talk to and it's a lot of fun to be in her company.
