We recently had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C system installed by the Cochran team. I can’t say enough about the owner and installers. Al went the extra mile by installing quickly due to us selling the house and the installers were professional, courteous and informative. I would hands down recommend utilizing Cochran for new purchases as well as services.

Great, personable staff and a very good price. We got our outdoor condenser unit moved to a new location outside and they did an excellent job. It was done in a very timely manner as well. I Highly recommend Cochran!

Ac went after 30 years this past week. Called Cochran as a new customer and asked what they could do and when they could get it done. They quoted me on the phone and I was blown away by the price. They had a new AC attached to my existing duct work (with some modifications for the new system " in 48 hours. Could not recommend enough.

As an experienced Field Engineer for a large computer company, I was very impressed with John and Al of Cochran Heating and Cooling for the way they trouble shot the problem, used Tech Support to decide the problem and what caused it.
It was a good thing they did because all units in my system were damaged and methodically and completely resolved. It was an over voltage situation caused by????, but the units clearly showed the damage. Could not have had better service, than Chochran!

Had a problem with my AC unit that was not even two years old. Al said these problems should not be happening and after many phone calls to the manufacturer he was able to get me a new unit. Thank-you to Al and the Cochran crew for being so helpful and understanding. My new unit was installed before our streak of 90degree weather! I recommend Cochran 100%!

As a business owner, I feel that customer service is equally important to your finished product. Cochran’s entire team takes their customer service and knocks it out of the park! It was the hottest weather of the summer, we are at the end of a full Air Conditioning installation and there was an issue with some questions from the manufacturer. Buck and Al made sure that my business was able to run as planned all weekend without a hitch, even if it meant spending their whole weekend making sure that my new unit wouldn’t fail. Above and beyond is all I have ever known from this company. If I could go higher than 5 stars, I would!!!!

I am very satisfied and would recommend Cochran to a family member. Al was very helpful in explaining our options, answering a million questions, and providing advice. He was very responsive throughout the process from scoping to quoting and planning. Mike and JJ did the replacement- they were courteous, professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up properly. They also explained the new equipment before they left. Never fun to drop money on an HVAC system, but this was a positive experience.

Buck and his crew are very professional. Buck listens to concerns and feedback and will work with you on your system instead of just telling you what you need. The new duct design for an older home was perfect, and the install of it was professional and neatly done, right down to cleaning up everyday.
