I have used Cobalt twice to do home inspections on houses that I was interested in purchasing. Both times Justin as the person conducting the inspection. He was prompt, very professional, efficient and very thorough. Also did not feel rushed when asking him questions, he took his time and answered questions in deail. I would highly recommend Cobalt Inspections Service. I will be using them soon when I look for a home for my brother.

This was my second time using Justin. We are buying an older home and needed an inspection. We wanted someone we trusted to do let us know the true condition of the home. As always, he was able to meet our needs according to contract and was prompt with our report. No reason to call anyone else. Absolutely recommend Cobalt!!!!
I needed a new wind mitigation report for my updates to my home for insurance purposes. Not only only was Justin easy to reach, (he actually answered the phone), but he was very affordable and had my report complete with a very quick turnaround! I will recommend and will use Justin again when needed! Thank you for providing great service!

Justin was right On Time. completed the inspection is under 30 minutes and had the completed report back to me in one day. As a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer, I will be referring him often. Great job!
