This was the worst experience EVER!! I only asked for a quote, then I received a box full of toner, then I received an invoice, so I called and thought I cleared things up asking for a return label, then I received a late fee email and never received the return label, so reached out to all 3 emails I had for them got ahold of 2 people 1 apologized and 1 sent the return label immediately, so I shipped it out to them that day and emailed the same 3 emails the shipping receipt, then today just received another late fee notice!!! Seriously! Never even asked for the toner, tried to send it back, and you keep harassing us saying we owe you for product that is on its way back to you! That we never asked for! Is this a scam or a real company???

Coast to Coast (Kristen) reached out to us years ago and I thought it was just another sales call... Well I gave them a shot and I am so happy they made contact with us. These guys have been great to work with. I have a personal rep who keeps in contact regularly, quick shipping, and pricing seems to fall in line with or cheaper then ordering direct from the manufacturer or a big company like Amazon/Walmart. So I'd much rather use a smaller company and give them business.
