TJ was great! The water heater went out and thankfully TJ came and expertly assessed the problem in no time. Got a brand new water heater installed the same day which was such a relief given the cold winter temperatures. He also removed the old one which wasn’t easy to get to. I couldn’t believe how fast he accomplished the mission. It was impressive hustle. I was so happy to see the new one and the beautiful installation job. Service technician was great, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous! I felt I was extremely overcharged, $844.00 for a valve stem break where the part was approximately $40.00. Will absolutely never use again!

Shannon has been to our home several times for the general maintenance of our two units. He is absolutely fantastic...very thorough, professional and really takes the time to educate and explain what was found/needed to keep things in tip-top shape.
