Seth came out for semi annual maintenance. I asked him to please check my duct runs and dampeners as I never could get upstairs below 77 even when it was only 80 degrees outside. After repositioning the flexible duct runs that were hung up by zip ties I had good airflow today and was able to keep upstairs below 74 degrees. When ever I called them they were responsive.

Came to replace a hvac unit in the rental I’m leaving, their installers made it so the cool was blowing hot air and the heat was blowing cool air. Still doesn’t fix the problem I was having.
