Update: The new bus plowed into a car in Times Square. Horrible! Completely ruined my daughter’s senior trip for high school. They’ve been stuck in a parking lot for over 4 hours due to a tire that CAME OFF the bus. This doesn’t just happen. You better make good on this. They are missing all of the shows and scheduled events we have paid for. They should be offered a free trip and you should be paying for all of these shows so they can go next weekend. If not, I’m getting a lawyer. We lost tons of money on this trip. Thank god this wasn’t worse.

Family member left an item on bus, passenger turned it into driver who was able to promptly (same night!) contact them. Email inquiry to office about lost item was also answered promptly…over the weekend! Beyond grateful for the honesty and immediate communications of all Coach Company staff. Thank you so much!
