Home Serve installed my new Lennox HVAC system with a heat pump today. I had been kind of dreading it for fear it would take more than a day. Boy, was I wrong. The install team was absolutely fantastic! They removed all of the existing 25 year old system that we had including the outside unit pretty quickly and started installing the new system. They did an awesome job with the installation and completely cleaned up after themselves. When they were finished they showed me everything having to do with the entire system including any maintenance that I would need to do. The maintenance that I will do will be really easy. Mainly just change the filter every month or so. They also showed me how to clean the cooling fins on the heat pump which is outdoors. All I need is a garden hose. Our old system did a so so job of cooling the house. This new system is amazing! When they powered up the new system and selected the air conditioning it started cooling the house down almost immediately. I had all of the windows in the house open all day and it was pretty warm when they turned on the air conditioning. Once I closed all of the windows the house cooled down in no time flat. My wife got home from work and she was amazed with how cool the house was. The Lennox system that I got is supposed to be very energy efficient. Brandon also got me set up for financing and the payments aren’t bad at all.
I am very happy with our new system and I am extremely impressed with the installation team from Home Serve. I would highly recommend Home Serve to anyone looking at replacing their heating and cooling systems. HomeServe is amazing!

Ryan Carson from homeserv did an annual service check on my AC and for all the years I have had this done no one has ever been as thorough or communicative as Ryan. He gave me a photo of my blower to advice of dirt build up and washed out my AC compressor. No one had ever done that before. Major thank you to Ryan for a job very well done!

All the installers were great. Worked fast and finished the installation in 4 hours instead of 8 as planned. They kept my home clean and kept me informed of their progress throughout. Explained everything before leaving.

Just called and was told I could get my AC looked at for an issue either 1 day next week when I’m away from home (which can’t work since they need to be inside the house) or next available is in 90 days. Not sure if the price is worth what you pay for coverage. Wow!

HomeServe has always done an excellent job in previous years performing maintenance on my HVAC system. When my 20+ year old equipment was on it's last days, the HomeServe team was very professional during the entire replacement process. Brandon (advisor) was very thorough with the quote and explanation of the options. The techs, Berto, Jose, and Ernesto came on time, were professional, and described the work they were going to do. They efficiently removed the old equipment, installed the new system, and explained the details of each new component of the system. I am extremely happy with my new HVAC system!

The team, including Preston, Caleb, Jose, Alberto, Elias and Anthony, was exceptionally efficient, courteous, and helpful. They explained all they had done and how to use the thermostat.
