Coordination were brilliant for our wedding. They were super flexible with our changing needs and ensured we had everything we needed. Everything was of a great quality and delivered and picked up quickly and efficiently by great staff.
We hired a range of items from glasses, jugs, cutlery, crockery and chairs.

We used Co-Ordination for some fryers, 6ft BBQ and a barrel table to stage our wedding cake on.
Ordering was simple, correspondence was as it should be and all equipment arrived on time and clean.
The barrel table was wonderful, simple yet effective.
Items were collected as arranged and the return dirty option was ideal.

Nice hire, used several times- however every year it gets worse…this year I think iv sent maybe 6 emails, 4 phone calls and you still haven’t sent me deposit back….same every Christmas but service is declining further and further, shame from a local business too!
I needed flute glasses for a large family birthday party. Struggled to get from high street / supermarket and then came across Co-Ordination Event Hire. Very good price, easy to collect, easy to return and friendly / helpful staff. Reduced my stress levels! Thank you!

Made mistake with a booking, canceled my order immediately after paying a deposit.
Now they are refusing to refund me.
Truly awful customer service, with a rude and condescending office team who failed to get back to me on this, despite saying they would.
As I booked a service within the 7 day cancellation period (5 days before an event) I wasn't expecting it to apply, and cancelled my booking immediately.
The costs are also exceptionally high, which was my reason for the cancellation.
Thank you for your review, disappointing as it is, you have published a totally one sided review. Our terms and conditions and initial quotation correspondence highlighted that a booking deposit is non refundable. Could we ask you to contact our Quality and Compliance Supervisor by phone or email.

An amazing company with brilliant staff and reasonable pricing! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was clearly explained and sent in writing to me, allowing me to amend my order numerous times, meaning our ceremony went off without a hitch! I will be recommending Co-Ordination Event Hire to all of my friends and family and will definitely be using them again!

I loved that I can request a quotation online, several times. Having chosen what I wanted, I was able to book. I had personal emails to which I was able to respond. I requested time slots for delivery and collection which the company was able to fulfil. Everything perfectly delivered and collected, just as I had asked for. I would definitely use the company again. Absolutely perfect :-)

Very difficult getting the correct list of hire items, back and forth several times. First list had black tablecloths for a wedding! Should have been much simpler, given a standard place setting for three courses times the number of guests. Cutlery was a mix of several different styles. Delivered on time though.
Hi Mark, Thank you very much for leaving your review, and firstly please let me apologise for any inconvenience caused. Having looked into your order I can see that there were a few mistakes on our part with regards to not editing the correct items on your quotations, and for this I am very sorry, however I believe that all communication was done via your caterer, which unfortunately may have confused matters. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a standard price per place setting as we have such a wide range of items and styles available, and all customers are so different (for example, Black is actually quite a common linen colour, even for weddings, believe it or not!)
We were rather concerned to hear your report of mixed cutlery, and offer our sincerest apologies for this. It was just a shame that we were not made aware of this by your caterers upon delivery/time of table laying, so that we may have had the time to resolve this issue before your wedding took place.
I am, however, pleased to hear that our delivery was made on time, and we hope you had a wonderful wedding day.
