We used CNS to demolish some old closets that were so old that they weren't deep enough to accommodate hangers. CNS did a great job. They were thorough, took dust management really seriously, and the end product is just what we were looking for. Their price was fair and we didn't have any change orders. They were fairly accurate on timing and I'd happily work with them again.

I just finished a kitchen renovation with CNS and I am beyond delighted with the results. The kitchen looks beautiful, the work is excellent, and the process was as painless as a kitchen renovation could be. Silvio, the owner, was a gentleman, an honest businessman, and most important, a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about Jennifer, the Project Manager. She was super organized, easy to communicate with, and made everything flow smoothly and efficiently. The workers were professional, careful and finished before the projected date. Thea, from Park Slope Kitchen Gallery, did the design and paid attention to every detail. Thank you CNS and Thea.

Planning a down-to-the-beams kitchen renovation during pandemic supply issues may not have been the best idea. It was an arduous and time consuming job getting cabinets and appliances delivered. Fortunately, I was working with CNS Construction. I have worked them on many projects and keep returning because they are simply the best. They were flexible, within reason, about start dates. Once begun, they were on the job every day by 8 am. Problems arose and were solved handily, with great attention to detail. The project was finished within the estimated time. The estimate of costs was reasonable and the final cost included add-ones I requested along the way, but no other adjustments. And best of all the results are stunning and I now have the kitchen of my dreams.

The work is beautiful and they are ON TIME! Silvio is a professional. He worked with me to design the bedroom shelving and closets that my wife and I wanted. He was honest about the time frame it would take to get started on the job, but was able to give a good ballpark for when it would start. Then, they started on time, finished early, and everything is gorgeous! We will be so happy to use our shelving and closets for years to come, and we think they add value to our home. Thanks CNS!

These guys were great! The managers were responsive and super helpful. The workers were not only professional, detailed, and incredibly competent, but they were also extremely nice and courteous people. Everyone was always masked, and tried to make everything as easy for us as possible during our recent kitchen renovation (the results of which you can see in the picture), which was finished in a timely manner. Would be more than happy to work with them again. It's great to find a trustworthy contractor in New York City.

CNS completed a whole kitchen renovation for us in June 2020. They are a FANTASTIC team to work with. - Great Customer Service: They have a physical office and someone always answers the phones or emails. Whenever I purchased an appliance, I sent a copy of the purchase and they made sure the plans were made accordingly. They were very quick to respond to urgent questions. - Right on Schedule: Our kitchen renovation took exactly 4 weeks and that was really important because we were paying rent elsewhere for the duration of the project. They were RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. - Very Professional: The whole crew were just such nice people with a great professional attitude. The crew was accommodating to adhoc changes and understanding. - Great Project Management: Our renovation required multiple experts -and CNS coordinated all experts seamlessly. - Pride in their work: Each team member had a sense of responsibility and pride for the work that they did. - Flexible: Our microwave arrived later than anticipated and they accommodated the installation right away even the overall job was completed. Overall they were easy to work with, accommodating to our needs and additional requests, and made sure we were happy with the end results. Every step of the way we felt that we were in the hands of an expert crew. If we ever do another renovation, I wouldn't even consider getting bids again. We will be using CNS Construction. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
