We have been a satisfied CMP customer for 16 years now. Wonderful service and very dependable. We not only have propane service but we also bought 2 blue flames and a mini split off of them and they maintain them if there are issues.

What a mess of a company.
We needed our gas shut off and tank removed. The earliest they could get someone to come was 3 weeks. 3 weeks later we were given an 8:00-11:00 am service window. They never came. We repeatedly called the office only to find out we weren't even on their schedule and when we asked what time they were coming, we were told "they have no idea." Eventually they did show up. The service person was extremely unprofessional and did not communicate anything. They took the tank but didn't cap the gas line. They eventually came back to cap the gas line outside but said capping the indoor gas line is "not their responsibility."
So glad we will never need to use this company again. They come at random times, change your tank without your approval, do poor work, and have horrible customer service and communication.
