Words can barely describe how much we appreciate the work and the speed of service from C M Mose & Son. On the first visit, Troy quickly evaluated the flickering lights we called about and told us that the previous electrical work we had done recently was not right. His explanation was clear and thorough and understandable. He created and launched a plan to make our home electrically safe again and as fast as possible. The work was completed today, inspected and complimented by the inspector. Thank you Troy and Darren and CM Mose & Son!

Final update—
This company came out and totally fixed the issues. They went above and beyond actually. I am impressed.
Update:
I will give credit where credit is due--
What must have been the entire company came out today. Fixed several issues and understood that this was not where we needed to be.
The rest is still scheduled for next week including adding parts on to the generator transfer switches.
I will update when those things have been corrected and fixed--but I was impressed at the desire to make things right.
NOT to be trusted:
I had a generator and water heater installed. We are not talking small amounts of cash.
Generator experience was ok more on that issue later.
Water heater—disaster
Day 1 there till 9:55 pm and got nowhere. Put old tank back.
Day2 installed but pump was not installed and leaking all over floor
Day 3 pump installed but told this would run with internal pump- nope! So now it take 4min to get hot water at some points.
Please attached photos for just a smattering of workmanship. That wire —that’s right that’s a new line they installed to the water heater. How’d we find it—we ran into when I went to check the humidifiers.
The gas line fell down and now hits the door—I mean what could go wrong there?

Did a great job on the annual maintenance job...arrived on time, called in advance, explained everything thoroughly, helped with some minor technology issues, etc. VERY customer service oriented and understands that our investment in a whole house generator is not just about a piece of equipment but much more about the peace of mind knowing our power is connected in the event of an emergency.
