C.M. Mose & Son sent technician to perform routine maintenance on our generator.
Chris, the technician assigned to perform the maintenance was excellent! He communicated the steps to us, performed all necessary maintenance, provided pictures of the inside of the unit and made sure everything was in perfect working order.
Chris let us know that he was on the way to our location and kept us updated on his arrival time.
He performed a simulated power outage insuring our generator worked when the power was out and ran the generator for several minutes.
Overall, this was the best maintenance technician we have ever had. Chris was extremely knowledgable and explained things very well. C.M. Mose & Son is a great company that can be trusted for your generator needs and maintenance.

Patrick, Joe and the crew installed a whole home standby generator in 6 hours. They did a great job and they communicated with us throughout the entire process. Jamiel was our sales contact and he was wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive and understanding.

Ethan was awesome in taking care of the maintenance of my heating system plus helped tremendously with an issue we found with my water heater and was able to get a plumber out right away to fix that issue as well. He was also able to fix a part that was needing replaced due to soon probably going to fail, he had the part on his vehicle and fixed it as well. Very happy with Ethan's level of expertise!!
Jason also came today to replace the relief valve on my water heater that was leaking water on the floor. He was so nice to stop by on his route to quickly get this fixed and operating again!!
Kolton came out today for routine AC spring maintenance and did a great job checking on everything.
