Sam, Emma and rest of the team worked around the clock to get my dream setup complete. The team came down to my place setup up everything and also did all the cable management and cleaned it up (Vaccumed it too) . They still till everything was completely setup as per my satisfaction and was not even bothered that it was getting late and they had to drive back to Sydney. Highly recommend if someone is after end to end upgrade to their sim setup.
P.S you can’t beat their prices.
Nothing but problems with communication, from sending tracking and freight information to the basics of responding to emails

The team helped to choose the right product and have a great follow up, answer questions and were very helpful with the set up, they spend a few good hours at my place to ensure the sim was fit for purpose

We recently purchased a new racing simulator from Clutch Kick in Parramatta, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs and budget.
Emma was outstanding throughout the process—superb service, great communication, and honestly such an asset to the team she deserves a pay rise!
Sam was brilliant, he walked us through all the equipment, helped us be an informed buyer without the sales hat on, and handled the onsite setup with no fuss, no hassle, and had everything running perfectly in no time.

What a absolute piece of machinery
The team at clutchkick did an absolute stellar job. Keeping me informed every step of the way (even when the new PC was dropped) the team went above and beyond to find a replacement within an hour. Emma at the shop was super insightful with what I wanted and needed, giving advice on what equipment I should use. Sam and Carlos that came out to do the install, were absolute legends, sharing stories, tips and tricks, joking, spending more than time alloted to do install to make sure everything was immaculate and making everything seem relaxed, a full run down on what each piece (relevant to use) would do during play and answering every question I had (no matter how ridiculous I thought I was for asking).
The team also are willing to answer any calls, questions and issues that I may have after install.
10/10 satisfaction, service and overall everything.
I would recommend anyone thats looking to get a new race sim (or flight sim if I'm not mistaken) to definetly hit up the team at clutchkick.

Absolutely excellent! The team at Clutch Kick are all incredibly kind, helpful and informative. And their store is awesome, it contains a large range of mid- and high-end sim racing equipment (including motion simulators!), allowing you to try out almost any sim racing product you can think of. I find this particularly helpful for high-end sim racing equipment because these products often originate from overseas, and are almost impossible to ‘try before you buy’.

I initially had a phone call with Sam who was really helpful with guiding me through the different levels of gear and recommended that I come into the shop to get a better feel of the different components. I arrived on a Friday morning and the shop was busy but Sam made time to talk to me about the different rigs and setups. I placed an order and I was off for the day. Emma was in contact the same day and was a pleasure to deal with coordinating the delivery of my components. I changed a few parts of my order and nothing was too much trouble for Emma to assist me.
I highly recommend reaching out to Sam if you are not sure on what parts to purchase/where to start on your Sim rig journey. Having team members like Emma makes the experience even better. Thanks!

Clutch Kick in Parramatta is hands down one of the best sim racing stores around. The service is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about sim racing. Every time I’ve needed advice or support, the team has gone above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I have went to the shop initially just to check out and it was very good experience. They have lots of wheels, pedals, aluminum profile rigs to try. I found Sam and Emma both very knowledgeable and helpful. I end up ordering Simagic p1000i pedals with some accessories and it was very pleasant experience. They even shipped on priority so that I can use it on weekend without any extra charge . I will recommend to keep clutch kick in your list while doing Simgear shopping.
