Daniela is absolutely fantastic, I have been seeing her for the last 2-3 months after lots of WFH and desk sitting and my mobility and my movement is hugely improved. She always provides excellent advice and support, I've been able to get back into a routine with exercise, lose some weight and regain mobility lost through long periods of sitting down. I have so much more energy, I couldn't recommend Daniela enough. Always willing to answer my questions and give encouraging advice.
Edmund was simply amazing with my back. His professional and experienced treatment helped my back enormously. He is a lovely and unwelcoming man who knows what works with his patients.

The staff at the Back and Acupuncture Clinic are caring, professional and very friendly. I have had EXCELLENT TREATMENT from the clinic, before my treatment I was in so much pain, I had injured my left ankle and right knee and as a result other parts of my body were hurting (back and both knees) the pain was awful, going up and down stairs and even walking was just so painful. I was recommended to the Back & Acupuncture Clinic, at first I was very sceptical but there was no need, I met Rastislav the acupuncturist who is amazing he went into great depth telling me all about the plan and the manipulation and the acupuncture, now just eight weeks later I am pain free, I am so much more comfortable, I can walk for miles, stand, sit even exercise PAIN FREE, THANK YOU Rastislav and the rest of the staff. 😊
I went to the Backcare and Acupuncture Clinic with foot and back pain. I have had three treatments so far, Daniela is wonderful, she has listened to my concerns and devised a treatment plan for me. I am more mobile and able to walk a fair distance again and my posture is improving with exercises. I can highly recommend the clinic. All members of staff and warm and welcoming.
I started sessions with Ayesha after a debilitating injury; she has treated me with kindness and patience and given me hope. I believe recovery would have been a more difficult and lengthy process without her help. Highly recommended.

I first visited the practice at the beginning of December 2024 for chronic back pain. I was seen by Edmund on the Monday for assessment, and then seen the next day, where a treatment plan was explained, and my treatment began. I am very pleased with my progress and am now able to walk, line dance and enjoy life again.
Edmund is kind and compassionate, and always listens to any concerns i may have.

Daniela has transformed my life. Before my treatment I was unable to walk, sit or sleep because of the pain in my hip. I genuinely thought I would need a hip replacement. I can't praise Daniela enough.

Came here with back and neck pain was given consultation and treatment same day and was advised 8 sessions of accupuncture and sports massage which has significantly improved my back and neck pain and quality of life! Thankyou Ayesha youve been great!

I have come here for years now, usually I would have Jonathan and he would do a combination of back correction and sports massage for a repetitive strain injury that would cause me migraines from a previous car accident. I'd see him once a month and he was incredible! Migraines stopped and i always left feeling like it was great value for the price and the disruption to my life was gone. I had to then have an extended break from treatment due to working all over the UK but my migraines and strain injury became increasingly more frequent so I booked back in.
Sadly when I returned I was informed Johnny had left (he really was a credit to the company so I wish I knew where he was working now). I was informed there was a new member of staff and I would have to start a new treatment plan, but he absolutely could do massage. I met with him and explained my issues, I said that my repetitive back strain caused tightness in my back and neck and therefore migraines and they really disrupt me day to day. I was quite clear I wanted a massage, however when I went back in for a follow up I was told I'd need 16 sessions of a new treatment, 2 a week. I didn't quite agree with this as I'd said clearly I wanted regular sports massage as i absolutely know this works for me. Despite this I paid anyway, thinking that as I'd mentioned it a few times massage would be included in the next appointment. The first session felt like perfect timing as I bad really bad stiffness in my neck but honestly I was left really dissapointed. A quick chat, then maybe 10 minutes of feeling around the neck area? Like prodding and poking, when what I really needed was the tension to be worked out. The poking was followed up by acupuncture and being left in the room for 15/20 minutes. The acupuncture in my left hand was actually really uncomfortable, it bruised and swelled for a few days after (I'm guessing it went in at an angle). Not a huge issue - but then that was the end of the entire session which should have been an hour. I felt absolutely no way better and a little ripped off, my neck and back were still as stiff as a board and full of tension. I left the session open minded that maybe it'll feel better later, or tomorrow, so benefit of the doubt I actually booked and paid for the next session. Then 2 days later I had the most severe migraine due to the tightness and had to take an two unpaid days off work. Despite paying I haven't actually been back since, I called to cancel the appointment and said i would rearrange. Which I haven't. I don't want to lose my money but I don't want to be roped into spending more either. Honestly I'd rather not go and waste my time for it to be the same again. I felt like the new staff member was acting on what he thought was right rather than listening to me directly. This may work for some but unfortunately backfired in my case.

Having now completed 14, twice weekly, sessions to help with pain, relative to lower compressed discs coupled with general anxiety, I cannot speak highly enough of the therapy provided to me by Rastislav. Although I am now 81 years of age, I have not expected to regain my youthful self but what has happened is that with his professional care the whole situation is less stressful and painful and certainly more manageable, which is allowing me to return to a more enjoyable life. I shall now continue to have monthly booster sessions in order to maintain my current improved state of health and, hopefully, gain even more benefits. Many thanks Rastislav.

I’ve been to this clinic and they haven’t done anything to relieve the pain in my body(lower and upper back, neck pain for many years.. l wasn’t happy because the lady staff just keep on talking and l was hoping she will do something that day to help me get rid of the pain in my body but it din’t happen. What a waste of time and first payment.’’ Will never recommend. I hope they have done something at least…

I’ve been seeing Daniella for some time now, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. I originally came to her with long-standing back problems caused by a slipped disc over 10 years ago, as well as neck and shoulder pain. I’d had chiropractic treatment in the past, but it always felt very focused on just cracking the joints without addressing the bigger picture. Daniella’s approach is completely different—she does a thorough assessment of how my whole body moves and considers alignment issues that might contribute to my discomfort.
What really stands out about Daniella is her compassion, professionalism, and focus on tailoring each treatment to her patients’ individual needs. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, balances long-term concerns with any more acute issues, and always checks if I have questions. Her holistic approach includes hands-on techniques and acupuncture, and after each session, I feel noticeably more mobile. Since seeing her, my back and neck problems have been much better managed, with no serious flare-ups.
The clinic itself is welcoming, and Daniella has always been accommodating with appointments. I was so impressed with her care that I referred both my mum and my husband to her—and they’re just as happy as I am. My mum and husband both feel listened to, appreciate Daniella’s incredible knowledge, and have seen great improvements in their knee pain. Daniella’s professionalism and intuition set her apart from other practitioners we’ve seen.
The level of hands-on treatment and the time Daniella dedicates to her patients make this clinic a cut above the rest. I couldn’t recommend her more for anyone seeking expert, holistic care.

I can't thank the clinic and Daniela enough for my back treatment.
I went to see her on recommendation from a friend, as my back pain was beginning to affect my daily life and job quite a bit.
I was given a full examination and plan of treatment was put in place.
Each session brought relief and I was also given movement exercises to do at home to further aid in my recovery.
I have just finished my 8 week treatment programme with her and my back and range of movement has been restored massively.
I will continue with the exercises at home and have a 4 week progress checkup booked in.
Daniela is extremely knowledgeable in spinal health and I found our session very interesting and informative.
I highly recommend her services and the clinic overall.
