I would honestly give CLS a 10 star rating if I could. Pat was incredibly patient with me. I have back issues and need couch cushions that aren't too firm and aren't too soft. He worked with me to make sure that the re-cushioning of my couch was just perfect for my sore back. I can't recommend CLS enough!

My couches never look better. They’re 25 years old and when they reupholstered it for some reason, it became very firm and nice just like when I first purchased the couches and they didn’t even have to replace the foam. They are a little on the pricey side, but the workmanship is perfection. I’m very happy with them and would use them again.

My 1965(ish) heirloom Eames chair is back to its original glory! I called 3 places prior to CLS based on friends referrals and all 3 times I got a story as to why they could not fix the chair. I saw the CLS ad and gave them a call. I can say that their 3rd generation business really shows. The professionalism of the call backs, the first meeting, the pickup and delivery were all top rate. I am thrilled to have my beautiful chair back and I know my mother-in-law and father-in-law are smiling down knowing we will enjoy it as much as they did.

We just had my parents dining room set, 70 years old refinished. It came absolutely beautiful. It looks brand new. My parents would have loved to see their set. I am so glad I made the decision to refinish this set. It has a lot of memories and now we will make more on this beautiful set. We have a special old sofa that has been in the family for generations. We had trusted CLS to reupholster it back in 1997 and now it clearly was time for a do-over. Naturally we used CLS again and it was a wonderful experience. Ray and the team worked with us to select the right fabric for it and assured us we’d have it back for Thanksgiving. We recently had six of our dining room chairs reupholstered by CLS. Everything from the removal of our cushions to the installation of the new cushions was done expertly. Mike, the owner at CLS, did an outstanding job showing us all of the possible options that were available for the new cushions. Installation did take a few weeks, however the end result was absolutely worth it, and we were told precisely when the delivery would take place. Definitely would recommend this company if you are looking to breathe new life into your old furniture.

CLS Custom did an incredible job reupholstering and refinishing a pair of mid-century modern chairs that originally belonged to my grandparents and had been in our family for years. They had done beautiful work for my parents years ago, so I already knew I’d be in good hands when I decided I wanted to update the chairs (changing the fabric from print to solid), and they completely exceeded my expectations. Mike and the team were wonderful to work with from start to finish: professional, responsive, and so thoughtful about preserving the history and character of the pieces. The craftsmanship is top-notch - the upholstery is amazing, and the refinished wood looks stunning. (photos show before and after) It’s rare to find that perfect combination of quality work and genuinely kind, helpful people. I’m so grateful to CLS for bringing new life to these meaningful chairs.
