Charged for delivery despite mentioning free pickup and delivery.
When they picked up I clearly mentioned washing and folding only. They charged for ironing still, even though the clothes were not ironed. Was planning to be a regular customer, but this experience made me change my mind.
UPD: Owner called personally and was very keen on resolving the issue. I hope the issue is resolved in the long run this being a good operation overall.

I gave my blankets for dry cleaning, but unfortunately, they were returned with visible stain marks even after the cleaner claimed to have washed them twice. The quality of cleaning was disappointing — it felt like the same dirty blankets were just repackaged and handed back. I expected much better service, especially considering the reviews I saw. Please be cautious and check properly before trusting those.
