I got my oil change at this store. Extremely professional team. On top of the oil change all my car fluids were checked and topped off. They did tire rotation and found out that one of tires had an air leak which got fixed with no cost. I couldn't believe that I just paid for the oil change.....Those guys made my day.
100% recommended. Best experience ever.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Commercial Tire for years, but after today, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. In Feb 2022, I purchased a set of Cooper AT3 tires for around $1300 with a 65,000-mile warranty. Fast forward to now, and with only 40,000 miles on them, they need replacing. I’ve always taken good care of my tires, doing my own oil changes and rotations because who has the time to sit around for half a day at a shop? There’s no obvious sign of neglect, but when I went in to the shop and discovered they were still under the 65k warranty, I was told they "can't honor the warranty without the paperwork for rotations."
To make matters worse, despite having purchased three sets of tires from them in the past, none of that seemed to matter. It's incredibly frustrating that they won’t stand behind their product or consider customer loyalty. I won’t be returning to Commercial Tire, and I suggest you take your business elsewhere too.

If I could provide a rating lower than one star I would for my visit on 11/25/2024. The service advisor was Sean (?) and I do not believe anything that person says. I had to bring my vehicle in for warranty replacement of the left front wheel bearing / hub assembly, I had been told that I was responsible for the labor due to it being installed over 12 months prior. This did not make me happy, but I expected a $270.00 bill. After arriving to pick up mu car, I was presented with a $418.00 bill. When I asked about the price difference I was told that an axle alignment had to be done at a price of $160.00. I walked back thru the repair history ( 1. Axle alignment 1/11/23 at 124,246 miles, 2. Left hub assembly replacement (no alignment) 1/13/23 at 124,270 miles, 3. Front strut replacement (includes axle alignment) 6/6/24 at 134.308, 4. Right front wheel bearing replacement (Outside shop repair and identification of left wheel bearing failure and no axle alignment) 11/8/24 at 136,270). Out of 3 hub bearing replacements, this is the only axle alignment that has been brought up. I find it hard to believe that the axle alignment changed in 2000 miles nor did the service advisor call me to discuss the “required” axle alignment. The bottom line is I believe that the service advisor was just packing his paycheck and I will not be bringing my automobiles back to Commercial Tire for repairs.
