I had my 3rd Reiki session with Zuzana and it was very relaxing. She is so kind, professional and friendly that you feel at ease. After the session she explained where blocages were and gave me advice to deal with my emotions to avoid stress and strain on my body. I can't wait for my next session and highly recommend.

A great experience. Tessa was knowledgeable, understanding and easy to relax with.Initially I booked a block of 6 treatments for hip issues following surgery, which will be ongoing intermittently, but on the 6th appointment, because I had been suffering from Sinusitis she offered me a 'Face Up" massage instead if I wanted to change which I did. So far - 1 day on, it seems to have relieved the pressure a bit around my face and it definitely felt wonderful when she was doing it. I would certainly recommend her.

I booked in with Clinical Massage Milton Keynes after months of carrying tension in my shoulders and lower back, and I’m genuinely chuffed with the results. The therapist was calm, professional and clearly knew their craft, taking time to understand exactly what was going on before getting stuck in. By the end of the session I felt looser, lighter and far more mobile, with that stubborn ache properly eased off. What I liked most was the thoughtful, tailored approach — it never felt rushed or routine, just properly focused on what my body needed. I’ve already noticed the benefits in day-to-day life, especially after long hours at my desk. If you’re after skilled massage therapy with a personal touch, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

I’ve been seeing Tessa for clinical massage in Milton Keynes and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly warm, kind, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. What really stands out is how attentive she is — she always checks what you want to focus on and makes sure the pressure is right for your tolerance, adjusting throughout the session. You never feel rushed or like it’s a “one-size-fits-all” treatment. Tessa has excellent knowledge and clearly understands the body very well. Beyond the massage itself (which is genuinely one of the best I’ve had), she takes the time to explain what’s going on, gives practical advice, and suggests exercises and small lifestyle changes that can really help improve your condition. It feels like a truly personalised and holistic approach rather than just a treatment. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Clinical Massage – Milton Keynes with Tessa. I went in for a lower back injury, and the treatment was incredibly pain-relieving. What really impressed me was how Tessa explained how my back issue was connected to other muscular imbalances I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and expertise were clear throughout the session, and she also gave really helpful recommendations for further treatment. Highly recommend!

I recently finished 6 weeks of treatment with Pavol for spinal stenosis of the back. This is a degenerative disease that has developed over the past 40 years. I have had 2 major surgeries in that time and having seen my last MRI the spinal consultants concluded they could do no more surgical procedure/ intervention and referred me to th pain management clinic I still have not been seen ...been waiting 11 months so I bit the bullet and contacted Pavol....after 6 sessions I am not stooping have less lower backache and less pain and more flexibility. I recently went on a city break and in 2 days covered some 20km walking....prior to seeing Pavol I would not achieved this. I have signed up for another 6 sessions for which you get discount. After the 6 sessions I will go onto a monthly maintenance plan. The outcome is my back will get worse but if Pavol can help me manage that giving me a quality of life living with the condition then its a positive. I can certainly recommend Pavol. Clive Tompkins

Pavol was great. The room was lovely and the couch was heated. The massage was using techniques I’d never had before but it was fantastic and Pavol all the points that were tight with ease and worked all the areas. I had a good massage today with Pavol today. I went in with a stiff neck with limited movement and some left hand side niggles. It was painful as times as I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. Following a migraine attack. I am now typing this with a lot looser neck and shoulders do not feel so far forward. Which is a lovely feeling. Thank you Pavol.
