I’m sorry to hear that your recent session didn’t provide the relief you were hoping for. It is important to note that one 40-minute session might not be enough to provide instant relief from chronic pain, especially so soon after the session has finished. I also understand that arriving 10 minutes late and feeling stressed can impact the effectiveness of the treatment. Our goal is always to create a calm and therapeutic environment, and I regret we didn’t have the opportunity to fully achieve this during your visit. Pavol

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent experience at Clinical Massage Milton Keynes. Clinical massage uses techniques that can be effective without hard pressure. If a client prefers increased pressure, we can certainly accommodate this when communicated during the treatment. Clinical massages often require multiple sessions to achieve desired results. We regret not having the chance to discuss your concerns during your visit, as this would have helped us tailor our approach to better meet your needs. We understand you have had regular treatments elsewhere and built a working relationship with your previous therapist, which takes time. As discussed in the consultation, it’s important for us to work within your limitations to deliver the best experience and results possible. We realise you called after you had left us, and apologise for not returning your missed call promptly as we were in clinic. We have left you a voicemail and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further to work towards a solution.
