We have been utilising ClickLaw for over a decade for conveyancing services. We recently engaged ClickLaw to sell an investment property. This was a difficult sale given the remote location and a number of issues with timings with tenants etc. It was these difficulties that (again) made us happy that we had used ClickLaw, as they were able to guide us and keep us moving through the process. We had such a great experience with ClickLaw. The team looked after us the whole way through and kept us updated at every step. A few tricky things came up with our property (like an easement and some unfinished building certifications), but they explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood what it all meant. We didn’t use a mortgage broker this time, so there was a lot of extra paperwork with our lender, but the Click Law team were so helpful in managing it all and keeping things on track. What made the biggest difference for us was how easy it was to do everything online. With my husband and I both having busy schedules, being able to keep things moving during the day and then sit down together at night to review made the whole process so much less stressful. Caroline was always calm and clear in her responses, which really helped take the pressure off. Buying a house can feel overwhelming, but they made us feel comfortable asking questions without ever feeling silly. I’d definitely recommend ClickLaw, they made the process smooth, supportive, and stress-free!
